My body clock is fudged... i can't sleep easily... dose anyone have any suggestions? 

Jaro - Try and clear your mind by doing slow deep breathing and put everything on your mind on extinction.

Max Heathen​(other male) - If you have a tv in your bedroom then try turning on nature shows with David Attenborough, I find his voice rather soothing. helps me sleep without night terrors

Six Foot Four - To reset your circadian rhythm, get up in the AM and do some vigorous exercise and get some sun on your skin early in the day. Create a routine and stick to it. Avoid naps and wear blue-light blocking glasses if you use screens after it starts getting dark out. Booze and caffeine can also muck things up.

Melatonin is great for jet lag and sleeping challenges, though in the UK IIRC it requires a prescription.

Moonlighter​(dom male) - I tend to force myself to count, by the time I get to one hundred my subconscious is so bored it hits the off switch for me.

Belladonna Dreams​(sub female){Phage'Hada} - I made a playlist that i listen to. It helps with racing thoughts because my mind focuses on the lyrics and rhythm.

Apart from the 'Great Reset' by our 6' 4" above... I would add a detail to the 'count' method of 'moonlighter'.
.
- It's a combination of breathing & counting. ( ensure the location is dark - as light sensitivity can raise the 'early bird' too )
.
- Lay relaxed as possible with feet together and hands by hips.
- Count and imagine 1 in your minds eye, while you breath in slowly as if filling your body with air... from toes, up legs, torso & then expanding the lungs to the maximum - be aware of the air AND the number.... breath out. imagining both the release & number.

Count 2.... and do likewise. Ectetra.

NOTE: The initial /novice objective is to get to 10.... BUT with the NOISE & MENTAL distractions you will LOOSE COUNT - If you forget the number you were counting & breathing to... go back to 1 restart... even if you thought you were at 8 or 9... DON'T CHEAT... as you will only be fooling your self.
