The next stage the community and WG are aiming for is $20k, to improve wages. If that goal is met, all staff will also be paid for an additional 2 hours (a week? A month? I forget) to spend learning more about the lifestyle so that they can better help the community. Everyone working there is knowledgeable, but this would help them become experts. Many people who are new to the scene or have very specialized needs walk through the door, and the staff serve as kink concierges.
