Any old nonsence that comes into my head.

Just after 2. 00 am, can't sleep. I took a pill but it takes an hour to take effect, and sometimes not even then. Its partly the humidity. I am invited to a Buddhist picnic tomorrow, but I do not know if I am going to go, and definitely not if I have not slept.

HGB(sub female){Scottish M} - Get off the cage. Shut your eyes, Think of building a building with bricks. Layer them one by one all the way around. Row by row. Wall by wall. Leave openings for the windows and door. Keep building it up brick by brick. Think of nothing but the bricks there weight, texture, smell. Place each brick carefully. Sweet dreams
