Ok quick question which car would you buy

slightly faulty , doesn’t always start, bodywork not good , all in all quite crap £500

nice runner, starts first time every time , bodywork in reasonable condition , worth owning £500

get my point ?
Why oh why do so many profiles concentrate on the negatives and I don’t do this that and the other !

Your profile is your shop window no it doesn’t need photos that look like a butchers shop window display, one normal photo is worth a thousand memes, it needs open honest words , it needs to sell whoever is looking the idea you might be someone they would like to get to know !

Mine may not be perfect but it leaves people with no illusions about me and what I seek ! they can decide yay or nay there choice completely and if someone does reach out then I know they understand a little about me ! And I always respond

So please people look at yours constructively , does it have basic info like age and approximate location ! Describe yourself and what you are looking for ! It doesn’t need depth ! But it saves confusion or inappropriate contacts

Sasa(dom female) - I enjoy good selfies. That people make an effort with their pictures. No-illusion-selfies are one side and butcher-shop-shots the other... The space between, that is a nice place to dream. Isn't the "right" self-marketing something that lies in the eye of the beholder? 😉😊

slaveMikayla(sub female){MstrJ } - You know the above illustration is EXACTLY what was a lightbulb moment for me about 6 going on 7 months back. Though I took it a bit of a different direction. I've never been someone who is vain or terribly concerned with looks. I'm very function over form any day. I have never taken terribly good care of myself as far as investing in my looks but have focused on my internal self, character, personality and mind. That said, I was in a class with TheKracken and we were discussing lifestyle things and the SAME example hit me like a mac truck. I'm sitting here looking for a man who I can respect, who has his life together as well or better than mine, etc and I realized someone like that is also looking for his heart's desire and as much as I may WANT someone to value function over form and say screw the rest. Reality is if he is asked to pick for his heart's desire what he has waited and searched for..... if he is going to pick the beat up Honda that is reliable but not terribly cute to look at or if he is gonna hold out for the nice pretty shiny BMW or whagtever.... if he can afford the BMW he is gonna get it.
Eye opener. and yes, I started actually taking some stock in fixing that in myself. *thumbs up*
