Use photos and/or videos for proof as well as presence. Daily pics of before and after tasks, videos of maturbating or throating something (use your imagination), videos at bath and shower time, good night videos, etc.
Also any tool or toy that stays with her and she can feel will often remind her of you (i.e. collar, ring, string, nipple clamps under daytime clothing, butt plug without panties, panties pulled up and between her, etc.). This is a very old post, but I'd like to share.
One Dominant i was involved with had me make a list of six things i liked and 6 i disliked. Without knowing where He was headed, i sent my lists. Actually, i made 2 of each ; sexual and nonsexual. Very simply, i had to roll a die and complete that list number. Once an instruction was crossed off the list, it could not be re-used. |

Recently, a friend got punished on 2 separate occasions, and the punishments was highly effective.

@Trouble Seeking Brat​(sub female) there used to be a program called "fond of writing" that used to be very popular with Female dominants that played online. I believe in it, it also had a way to lock a submissive out of internet for set periods of time if tasks where not completed. You used to also be able to set time limits etc and the program also knew if you used cut and paste. It still should be around for those wanting a copy.
