Hello, dear reader! Did you miss me? I know I missed you! Sadly, I didn’t have a post for yesterday and anything I wrote felt forced so I decided to skip a day. Which happens sometimes! But I’m here today with a whole new post! Good way to start your weekend, no?
If you remember my last post, there was something going on with a friend and a potential arrangement between us for me to try my hand as a dom. The post was very positive and optimistic! There was a lot of excitement and it was going to be scary, but hopefully everything we both wanted.
Sadly, it never left the initial planning and discussion. She was eager and ready when we started talking about it, but not long after my post, the atmosphere changed a lot. It started to feel somewhat unwelcome and overbearing. So we seem to have scrapped that plan. I think. We haven’t talked since Wednesday. She isn’t responding now. So maybe I said the wrong things? Who knows.
Either way, I’m weirdly ok with it. I know it would have been an interesting process and I would have learned a lot during it, but I guess it’s ok. Hell, I may be a bit relieved.
Plus I managed to find a nice girl from here that seems to be taking all of my attention as of late. Not that I’m complaining. She’s pretty amazing. So maybe things will work out for me one way or the other anyway.
All I know is that I am happy. I’m smiling. And I feel like everything is good with my life. There is a deep level of just... being content in me right now. It’s such a good feeling!
And it’s Friday, my wonderful reader! Today is my last day in the shitty department I work in now, and I start a happier work life Monday. I can’t wait! And while I don’t have any specific plans this weekend, I am very excited about life in general right now! I hope you have a great weekend! You deserve it, dear reader. Stay safe! Stay healthy!
