I am me, I am growing, I am learning. I love and I hold close. I have opened myself and let the blood pool on the floor, I have let myself know who I am. I am a servant/slave. I am not powerless I am priceless.

Words, actions and anger and me

Words are just words without a truth to them. Not a partial truth but a whole truth. Actions and just actions without meanings behind them.

I must give truths to my words to me, I can speak the words but have no meaning if the whole truth isn’t there. I can listen to my words but must hear each one

i must give meaning to my actions for me alone to see. I can go through the motions and but I must add meanings to them.

I must be angry to really see. So angry that I scream and cry and be me.

I must do this first for me.
