I have given myself permission to heal. I have given myself permission to feel. I have given myself permission to be angry. I have given myself permission to fight for myself. I have given myself permission to set my laws. I have given myself permission to make my boundaries. I have given myself permission to be myself. I have given myself permission to acknowledge my past. I have given myself permission to forgive myself. I have given myself permission to forgive my past. I have given myself permission to rise up. I have given myself permission to just be in that knowledge.
