When I feel miserable (physically or emotionally) and I am writing a blog, it is kind of like the elephant in the room. Sometimes it helps to rant (not much but then what does) but also the misery and pain are the most present and trying to write about anything ells just seems secondary. So other people might get bored with it but sometimes, to me, it just is the subject.

HGB​(sub female){Scottish M} - Getting thoughts out of my head is sometimes the best I can do. You still have a lot going on emotionally. Try to paint, not anything specific, just look at the blank canvas and feel through the brush.

Mama Bear JJ​(dom female){koa} - Never feel bad about anything you need to write to get to a better place mentally or emotionally. Rant if you need to rant. Mope if you need to mope. It's not going to bother anyone ... we are all guilty of it from time to time, myself included. From my own experience, there are a lot of times were I set out to write things I'm experiencing or where I'm at and either don't post it at all, because the writing the words out was all I needed, or use it as an opportunity to work through what I'm saying and break it down to what is really important, what can lead to the most helpful responses, and be the most helpful for others going through similar things or feeling the same way.
Might be worth a try if you are struggling with what to post or what not to. Regardless of what you choose to do, just be yourself ... that's all that matters in the end, and anyone who has a problem with that isn't worth your time. Feel free to reach out and message me if you are down, struggling, or just need someone to talk to. I have my own issues, and I'm a good listener. 💕
