Master and the Sub

The words written in this blog are mine, formed by life, things I've seen, experienced, and learned over my time on this planet. I'm sure I'm going to piss a few people off but in life it will happen and I'm not sorry for having my opinions and perspective. So now I begin, what happened to Mr. Floyd was nothing less than murder, his fellow officers are just as guilty, this is why the word accessory is greatly associated with crimes. These men did as they say in the field, failure to act, not one of them step in to say get off him or push him away saying he's not going anywhere, or your killing him. They did nothing but stand by and watch as a man died, the saying goes the punishment should fit the crime, nothing this man did justified being murdered in the street. He was not given any rights to a speedy trial to be judged by his peers, just executed by one man who saw a black man and assumed he was guilty. Now cities are protesting, mostly peaceful, but some not so much, I watched in my city as they threw bottles, rocks, whatever they could find at the police, I was raised with the words two wrongs don't make a right. Do you  know the officers your throwing shit at, do they have racist tattooed on their foreheads, do they have families, maybe get to know someone before making a judgment. Have we become a nation that judges everyone on the horrible deeds of a few, please don't ever group me in with the fucking, karma needs to hit them with a truck kkk, just because I look white, I'm part native american. All germans weren't nazi's, all native americans weren't savages, the many judged by the few. I understand completely the frustration felt by this country but riots aren't going to change the attitudes of people it hasn't for years, Watts riot 1965, history shows us that. I purpose this if we want change in this country, Vote, get out and vote, vote these old, set in their fucking ways mostly old white men out. If your politician is outdated, maybe it's time to vote in new blood, someone younger, someone of color, someone gay, someone who brings people together rather than divides a nation. It's hard to fight an attitude, so maybe just replace it with a better one, but the biggest problem is our president, white, privilege, old man, who insights hate, discrimination, discord, lies out his ass on a daily basis, and who has done nothing but divide this country from day one, are you willing to see what his next four years will be like. Oh so you don't call me a bleeding heart liberal I vote for the most qualified person Republicans included. Until we as a society truly make changes instead of just hoping the problems go away, this will not be the last time something happens like this. Let the judgement begin.

slaveMikayla(sub female){MstrJ } - It is very hard seeing both sides of the argument. I agree with what you say, two wrongs dont make a right. It would be HARD to vote someone in events low levels of government who is truly " of the people". The systemic classicism inherent in the system prevents it. Vote with your feet. Vote with your business. Vote with your actions in a way that is impactful, but also does no harm. The definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over again and expecting different results. This issue is one that many feel can wait NO MORE. yes, we must change the system, but it is hard to change a rigged system from inside the system itself.
I dont have the answers. I dont have a better way, but I have faith in my fellow Americans ( yes, I'm American, I just dont RESIDE there) and more importantly my fellow humans to find a better way. I'm glad you vote the best candidate, as do I... but is the best GOOD? GOOD for ALL of us?
Do we truly have a government OF the people, BY the people, and FOR the people?
I stand with you against violence, even if I believe that the system and all participants in it are guilty of crimes against this country's citizens, whether directly or by association.
Thank you for continuing the dialogue. May God protect ALL people from harm, injustice, and oppression of all forms.

Little moon(sub female){Not lookin} - Sadly much destruction and violence will occur from this as a result, not because the people doing it believe in the cause but because they now have a "justified" reason to be outraged. I am South African, our country is falling apart and being ripped up right now by the government in what is coming close to becoming a dictatorship, and there are literally people saying they don't know or care why there are riots they just like to break things and blow shit up. EVERY SINGLE step that is being contested against their removal of human rights here is thrown with the racism card. It is so sad to see how everything always has to come down to the color of one's skin.

Sir Don(dom male){Nt looking} - So i have my opinions as well... murder is murder ... violence against anyone should never be tolerated... so this includes the ones inciting the violence, they are just as guilty as the police officers that broke the law... let the punishment fit the crime.. they all know what they are doing... burning government properties and private properties is arson.
Looting Macys is breaking and entering and theft... people should be held accountable for their actions..just my thoughts

ADIDAS - Although I have a tendency to lean more roward your thoughts on the political subject regarding Mr. Floyd's murder, I will be keeping my political thoughts to myself for the time being and would like to say that I am just shocked at the violence that this murder, and history has shown us in previous cases, cause. The riots, looting, burning of buildings and cars, just destruction of property in general, the militia mindset if you will. How does this show the world they are trying to make a point? They are protesting an unjust murder in their race, in their minds that could be about being African American, be about being a Human, be about being a Man. Hell, maybe about his religion. Doesn't matter, the point is, breaking the law and becoming out of control doesn't speak towards gaining respect and encourages officials to hear them and what they are saying. And then they whine and cry that they aren't as important as other races, groups, what have you....it can't be both ways.
You can't be seen on video, TV, walking from store to store stealing everything you and your friends can carry, destroying what you can't and then when the government FINALLY gets around to finding the difference between it's ass and it's head and give orders to actually DO SOMETHING about these thieves and vandals. That's when these people (you ) will be the first ones screaming " police brutality!" " I have rights!" " excessive force!!" "Murderer!!"

All I'm saying is.... 1st, let's get ALL the facts. We don't know what happened before the video, and why it escalated to that point. No one does but those people that were there that day .
2nd , having said that, I'm not saying I don't think the cop didn't have anything to do with the death of Mr. Floyd, it's evident. The question is, was it justifiable force? This is not for mobs of people to determine. Especially by taking to the streets and destroying their city and terrorizing the citizens....
That makes about as much sense as putting perfume on a skunk......

Now, for the record, in my own personal opinion, that doesn't matter at the end of the day is that all the officers on scene that day are complicit, the officer with the knee on his neck should be charged with manslaughter for sure! I don't think it was his intention to kill him but he did. The other officers should've stepped up and said something about the officer having his knee (and body weight behind it)on his neck too long. Mr. Floyd is very clearly telling the officers that he can't breathe.... that should've jarred at least 1 of the officers to step up and do the right thing. They didn't, they should be charged with accessories to manslaughter.

Mr. Lion, I kinda high jacked your blog....I'm truly sorry!!! Totally NOT what I wanted to do. This topic is so frustrating for me!!! I know one thing for sure..... whether you are a Trump lover or a Trump hater, the one thing I think we can all agree on is at least with Trump in office, it's never boring! I'm 57 and there's been more 1st's for me during this presidential term than the rest of my life put together!!I contually find myself SMH and saying, " I never thought I'd see the day when........"

HGB(sub female){Scottish M} - I like your blog but some comments I hate, and I don't hate much. The term "them people" is part of the problem.

@Ms. Hisgoodbunny,
I have scoured this entire blog and entries/comments and couldn't find the term
"Them people " anywhere. The closest I could find was in my comment in which I've pasted above. In this I am referring to criminals. Not protesters. As an older white woman who has a multi racial family, I'm certainly not racist. I find the minority race as individuals can be..... if not reverse racist, racist themselves or at the very least, sensitive, expecting to be treated with racism.... I'm not saying all of the people in any race, just those that I've had experience with. My brother in law, a damn fine, successful, good looking, smart and happens to be a black man, had been in my family for almost 20 years before his death. But when he 1st met my sister, he didn't want to meet the family. He didn't like white people!! He was racist!! It took him quite a while to get over his ill conceived notions about white people in order to get to know us. Once he did, he realized we're not that bad, lol. But he shared with us that there was just as much racism on their side towards the white people as there is now that's prevalent. He said their racism is a quiet hatred, loathing of the white community.... he really opened my eyes to the fact that racism isn't just a one way street. It flows both ways....
Thank you
